5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with:
(a) reliance on property listings;
(b) communications or agreements with landlords or agents;
(c) any tenancy or rental arrangements;
(d) use of the Site.
5.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
6.Data and Privacy
6.1 The Site does not require you to submit private personal data beyond basic contact details if you choose to contact a landlord or agent.
